Full-cycle recruiter secures executives, upskills team for a rapidly scaling ecommerce brand

A growing ecommerce brand was determined to take a deliberate approach to scaling. They were looking for a discerning recruiter to source and hire the right talent to help them grow the organization sustainably. Having previously worked with Inspire to provide interim HR leadership and to establish the HR department and functions within the organization, they again called on us, this time for a Talent Acquisition Expert.

We were thrilled to connect the company with a recruitment Expert who brings a diverse background across various industries, including scaling new recruitment teams to optimize success. 

Our Expert onboarded quickly, immediately developing a rapport with the CHRO and HR teammates, and got to work implementing full-cycle recruiting for new and open roles, during which she:


  • Worked with senior leadership team and hiring managers to finalize job descriptions and optimize for recruitment and diversity.
  • Managed job listings.
  • Screened and selected candidates.
  • Prepared hiring managers and senior leadership members for interviewing without bias and according to best practice for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Coordinated logistics internally and between the organization and candidates.
  • Completed all follow-up to ensure a positive job candidate experience.



Our Talent Acquisition Expert was an extension of the HR team for 3 months, and leveled up the organization in multiple ways, including hiring two executives while onboarding and hiring additional employees and consistently maintaining a 12% attrition rate, lower than average in the tech sector.

Following the engagement, the CHRO who oversaw recruitment was impressed by the results and efficiency and said it best:
